Our application process
Your journey begins with an anonymised CV review — personal details removed so we focus purely on your skills and experience. Every application is reviewed by a real person.
Depending on the role, a short phone call or a recorded video interview — a chance for us to understand what you're looking for, and for you to get a feel for us too.
If it's a good match, a face-to-face competency interview. Some roles involve more than one interviewer or stage, helping us build a rounded picture of your strengths.
Clear, honest communication matters to us. Every candidate hears back — good or bad — so you always understand the outcome and take something valuable away.
If we all feel it's the right fit, we'll move forward with an offer and guide you through what comes next. And we're here throughout if you need anything.
Our values guide everything we do, from daily interactions to long-term strategies:
These values aren’t just words—they shape our culture, drive our decisions, and inspire our people.

We treat others how we’d like to be treated.
We listen to learn and work together to reach shared goals.

We take our responsibility to others seriously.
Everyone matters, and we value our differences.

We develop solutions and overcome challenges.
