Once you’re in the portal, select the vehicle and choose the type of work required. Whether you need a service, an MOT, or more specialist work such as tyre and glass, we’ve got you covered. Choose from one of over 10,000 garages.

Take Your Vehicle to the Garage

On the specified time and date, get your vehicle to the garage! You won’t need to pay at the garage as all transactions are managed through your Motia account.

Receive Your Invoice

All work will be consolidated into one invoice. If you’ve got Fuel Cards with us, they’ll share the same invoice.

Everything is managed on a simple online portal. Accessible from any location, you will have full control over the management of your fleet servicing, maintenance and repairs.

There’s a simple-to-use dashboard where you can add, amend or delete drivers. You will be in touch with the garage directly via the portal, so it’s easy to get more information if you need it. You can also set up alerts for important dates, regular maintenance, MOTs, renewals etc. helping keep you and your drivers compliant.

The service is free to all Motia customers, and you’ll only pay for the work you book and authorise.
