From today, we have a new name, a new brand, a bigger vision, and a stronger business. From today, we are proudly Motia.

The legal bit

As we have decided to operate under one brand, and to reflect the fact we are group of companies, we have prepared a new Motia privacy policy. This policy will apply whether Fuel Card Services or one of the Cubo companies has collected and processes your personal data. It will also apply whether you are based in the UK or the Republic of Ireland.

Why the name change?

Because we’ve outgrown the old names and to reflect the fact that Fuel Card Services and Cubo are now together in a group. We needed a name that reflects everything we can now do - fuel management, smart telematics solutions and connectivity - all working together to help your business reach its full potential. Same team, same service - just a name that makes more sense.

Will my account, billing, or contracts be affected by the rebrand to Motia?

No, your account details, billing processes, and existing service agreements will remain unchanged – you will still receive the same products and services from the companies you have up to now.

However, we will be able to offer you a wider range of products and services going forward. The rebrand to Motia is purely a change in our trading name and visual identity. You'll simply see the Motia branding on invoices, communications, and our digital platforms, but each document will make clear which legal entity your relevant contracts are with and who controls and processes your personal data.

To provide clarity on our legal structure, Motia operates as the trading name for three established legal entities which are part of a group:

• Fuel Card Services Limited (registered in England and Wales)

• Cubo Solutions Ltd (registered in Northern Ireland)

• Cubo Telematics & Telecoms Limited (registered in the Republic of Ireland)

These legal entities, which underpin your contracts and financial transactions, will remain the same. So, when you see 'Motia,' you can be assured it refers to these trusted companies.

Will there be any disruptions to my service during the rebrand?

We understand that uninterrupted service is crucial. Rest assured, we are carefully planning and executing this rebrand to ensure a completely seamless transition. You will experience no disruptions to your services. Our dedicated team is committed to making this process as smooth as possible for you.

Will I need to change my login details for online accounts?

No, your existing login details will remain the same. You will not need to change your username or password. However, please note that the website URL and mobile app branding will be updated to reflect the new Motia identity.

Will email addresses and customer support contacts change?

Yes, our email domains will transition to @motia.com. However, to ensure a smooth transition, any emails sent to our old addresses will be automatically forwarded to the new Motia addresses. You will not miss any communications. Importantly, our phone numbers and customer support contact details will remain exactly the same.
